Mr. S.L. Agarwal is the main promoter of the Company. He is acting in the capacity of Managing Director since September 25,1992. He is a Commerce graduate from Calcutta University. Under his leadership Websol successfully rose to the challenges of competitive environment by introducing product range from 3 Wp to 225 Wp suitable for Solar lantern to Grid connected power plant and expanding product capacity from 1 MW to 42 MW. His passion for product development, process improvement and team building has created number of milestones in Indian Solar PV Industry like solar photovoltaic cells efficiency improvement from 11% to 17% and installation of standalone and grid connected solar PV power plants in West Bengal.

Ms. S. Vasanthi has been on the board of Websol in the capacity of whole time Executive Director since March 02, 2002 and is presently acting as Director – Technical & Marketing.

She is an M.Tech (Energy Studies) from IIT Delhi and M.Sc (Physics), IIT Mumbai. She is responsible for process improvement, product development and customer relationship management.

MR. O. P AGARWAL has been on the board of Websol in the capacity of non-executive independent director since September 29, 2003 and he is also Chairman of Remuneration and Share transfer Committee of the Company and a member of Audit and Investor Grievance Committee of the Company. He is a graduate with distinction from the Calcutta University and Secured 15t" Rank on all India basis in Chartered Accountant Final Examination held in the May 1970. He has over 33 years of Continuous Experience in different areas of Audit, corporate Law & Taxation. He is also engaged as director in M.B. Credit Pvt. Ltd.

S.K. Pal has been on the board of Websol in the capacity of non executive independent director since April 28, 2003 and he is also Chairman of Audit and Investor Grievance Committee of the Company and a member of Remuneration and Share transfer Committee of the be Company. He completed Bachelor in Chemistry (Hons) and M.Tech both from Calcutta University in the year 1964 and 1967 respectively. From 1967-1972 he shared his expertise as production and development officer in Bengal water Proof Ltd. he joined Allahabad Bank as Technical officer in he year 1972 and in 30 years of his service with bank he served the bank in different capacities from Branch Manager to General Manger Credit. He have more than 40 years of profound Knowledge in the field of Project Appraisal, Industrial Finance, Banking operations, foreign exchange business, all sorts of documentation, handling merchant banking activities, chief financial Controller for Advance portfolio and corporate credit. Presently, he is a retired professional engaged as financial adviser and controller for different companies and is acting as director in Balasore Alloys Ltd and as director and Chairman of audit Committee in Greenply Industries Ltd.

Mr. S.P Bangur has been on the board of Websol in the capacity of non executive independent director since December,30,2005 and he is also a member of remuneration, share transfer, Audit and Investor grievance Committee of the Company. He is a graduate from Calcutta university and has 28 years of profound knowledge in the field of finance and trading in general commodities. Present he is also engaged as director in R.D.D. Paper plast Pvt. Ltd. Shreyans Paperplast Pvt. Ltd ,Mani Packaging Pvt. Ltd.
