Training, awareness and skill development in EMS have been focus areas for Websol journey to become zero discharge world class solar PV cells and Modules manufacturer. To achieve this objective, Websol has developed Internal training program for routine areas while invite subject expert for advance training programs. To continuous monitor the system, Websol has documented Internal audit program and internal audits are conducted on regular interval to improve effectiveness of the system. At our manufacturing plant we are continuous monitor effluent and ambient air quality.
