A strong safety culture in the organization depends on competency of work force. We regularly impart training to workforce on various aspect of safety and health areas . Occupational health and safety (OHS) is a vital part of Websol journey toward sustainable development .The OHSAS 18001:2007 provides a formal, organized process whereby the Websol management and employees plan ,perform and review and improve the safety and health of employees . To administer the safety efforts consistently throughout the organization, Websol has created and Health and Safety committee under supervision of Director –Technical and marketing. This committee oversees implementation of IMS policy.

To monitor employee health and address promptly if any concerns, all employees irrespective of the nature of their work undergo regular periodic medical examination. To prevent accident, we communicate various instructions and working procedure to workforce in simpler and easy so they can implant the same easily in their areas of operations.
